It’s important to us that our cattle are healthy and happy everyday of their lives, not just because we care about their well being, but also because it makes a real difference in the quality of their meat. Happy cattle equal more tender meat.

While prices may vary, here’s an example of what you’d get from a quarter of beef:
With a rail weight of 188 lb, there would be about 84 lbs. hamburger and 34 lbs. of prime cuts. The total cost for this would be approximately $800.00, which includes processing and state inspection fees.
